The average cost of a loft conversion varies depending on the size and style. We offer individualised quotes and packages to suit each customer.

Is it possible to convert my loft?
Most lofts have the ability to be converted into extra living/ usable space as long as there is 2.4m from height of your ceiling to the highest point of the roof.
How long does a conversion take?
The average conversion takes between 6-8 weeks depending on size.
Do I need planning permission?
Most lofts can be done under permitted development, however each job is looked at individually and some may require planning.
